Banana Nutella Oat Muffins
I had some bananas on the way to brown-town and needed a recipe for something to go with my morning coffee. Solution? Wing it with some banana muffins! I searched pinterest for some basic recipes to get me started and pulled something together with the ingredients I had. The result was delicious! I needed to save the recipe for another breakfast in the future.
1 cup flour
1 cup +2 tbsp oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
4 tbsp butter (melted)
1/4 cup skim milk, frothed
1/3 cup + 1tbsp Nutella
3 mashed medium bananas, about 1 cup
2 tbsp brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine bananas, milk, vanilla, egg, butter, Nutella and sugar in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, add flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda and stir. Slowly add to banana mixture and beat until mixture is fully combined. Consistency should be in between a cookie and cupcake batter.
Line cupcake tin and add batter, recipe makes 12 muffins. Cook for about 30 minutes, check that toothpick comes out clean before taking out to cool.
Enjoy warm or cool, refrigerate extra muffins.

stacking rings
stacking rings. they're all over etsy and pinterest, i love the cute skinny rings. love the look, but cant seem to stand the midi rings on my hands. too annoying! i'll stick to the classic for me, but here's stacking ring some eye candy! maybe i can get over the feel for the sake of style sometime soon.

boot socks
i love boot socks. i have a couple pairs myself, but since i don't feel like i can wear them to work i don't get too much use out of them except for keeping cozy on my nights at home. here are a few of my favorite boot sock styles.

oversized eyeglasses
i've been thinking about getting myself another pair of oversized glasses, but i cant decide on what style. of course, off to pinterest i go in search of the perfect pair. the pair i have now are brown, thick frames with the classic wayfarer frame style. i want to switch it up a little since i doubt my prescription has changed much.
option 1: smaller, but still oversized frames. i like the smaller size since the ones i have now seem to take over the top half of my face... but are the smaller ones big enough?
or finally, option 5: thin, smaller round frames in black.
lets hope i have some similar options after my eye exam. wish me luck!

option 2: bigger, round two-tone frames. but, can i pull it off?

option 4: oversized, thick square frames. i like the dark style too, or perhaps tortoise?
